RIM is on a roll lately ... lots of KB articles posted, and a few that I have really liked.

I actually saw a few questions on this recently, so here's a pair for those with Address Book synchronization issues: KB12422 - How to troubleshoot general Address Book synchronization issues and KB10594 - Wireless Synchronization option is missing for the Address Book, MemoPad, Tasks, and Calendar applications.
