This release is version number is 4.1.6 MR7 (Rollup) (Bundle 174) ... MR6 was Bundle 170.
Issue fixed in this release:

In BlackBerry Enterprise Server version 4.1 SP6 or later, in certain circumstances, when a user synchronized folders over the wireless network to a BlackBerry device, the BlackBerry device might have sent an information packet to the BlackBerry Enterprise Server that the BlackBerry Enterprise Server processed incorrectly. This might have turned off folder redirection for some of the user’s folders.
In BlackBerry Enterprise Server version 4.1 SP6 MR7, this issue is resolved.
NOTE: Everything else listed in the release notes is included in prior releases. As all Maintenance Releases are cumulative of previous releases they are also included in this release.
