When I saw this KB article, I really scratched my head at first saying "How the heck are they going to do this? ... sounds like a knife-edge type move ... or just move the computer object!". Well, it's for Domino only.

So for all you IBM Lotus Domino lovers, don't say I never did anything for you: KB15751 - Move the BlackBerry Enterprise Server to a new Active Directory Domain.

Yup ... another series by me ... so really, does anyone use the Duress Notification Policy? ... does anyone even know what it does? Simply put, it's the "someone has a gun to my head and told me to unlock my BlackBerry" policy. The device unlocks and functions normally, but at the same time sends an email to a specified address in IT Policy but doesn't save a copy of the message locally.

I've heard of this implemented so few times and actually have never seen an actual...

For the next 7 days I'll be posting one new / recently updated KB article that RIM has posted in the BTSC.

The first one is about enabling contacts within a public folder for access from BlackBerry handhelds. One thing to keep in mind is that you need BlackBerry handheld operating system 5.0 in addition to BES 5.0 or above for this functionality.

BES for Exchange doesn't use the Offline Address Book (OAB) ... but I bet if you're a user in an Exchange shop you use it!
