I've mentioned before about BlackBerry KB's that seem to keep doing the rounds as they get tweaked and updated for newer versions of BES or simply new fixes to old problems.

Force message prepopulation for all users on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server

I see this time and time again. A user is having problems with his device so after some basic troubleshooting you decide to wipe and reactivate the device ...

You don't remove the user from the BES because you don't want to have to setup Groups / IT Policy / Software Configuration ... and you don't want to lose Automatic Wireless Backup data ... but the user wants his messages back.

Well, as we all know, there is no way to guarantee you'll get all of your messages...

What can my BES Admin see on my BlackBerry handheld ... ???

One thing that BES admins often ask and BES users always ask is what on a BlackBerry handheld can be viewed / tracked / logged.

Well ... let's face it, if you're on a BES, in theory anything can be logged / viewed. If an administrator has software installed on a BlackBerry handheld and it does keystroke logging, everything is logged. That said, I've never heard of anyone doing this ...
